Unstructured interview. Had me waiting for 1 hour because they had an urgent situation. Almost left. Stayed because I travelled to Belgium where the interview took place. Did some technical test which was very basic.

The interviewer was genuinely kind, professional, and made me feel at ease right away. I never felt like I was being interrogated; it was more of a conversation. Overall, a very positive experience.
