Met with several finance managers over the span of 2 weeks, first with the hiring manager then a literal gauntlet of managers over several hours. It was helpful as it gave the opportunity to learn about the various scope of responsibilities. Took a couple of weeks to receive an offer

Recruitment process has taken a little bit long time than I expected but their approching was kindly anyway. We got some e-mail writings to each ather in the first place and then i had calling to speak about my expectation. Then we got other interwievs via phone with HR and Finance Director. Finally, we had a meeting face to face in Bursa, Turkey.
