Transparent, friendly, straightforward. I found myself a bit nervous by who I interviewed with, and I mean that in a good way. I could tell that the group I was interviewing with were very bright, but also just very interested in me and my skills, and wanting to make sure that not only would I be the addition to their organization they were looking for, but that I would enjoy and be engaged as part of the organization. They had a brief quiz to get a feel for my skills, and I found the interview process not just an opportunity to get to know the company, but also a learning experience as well. Overall, extremely positive.
