The interview process went very smoothly! 30 min phone call with recruiting, one meeting with the hiring manager and then a panel interview with the team. Very typical behavioral type questions and everyone was quick to respond to any questions I had during the process. Overall great experience!
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at EMPLOYERS in May 2023
Interview
~~ Beware of this company ~~Three interviews in three days: - 30 minute call with a recruiter - 30 minute video call with the head of the department - 60 minute video with five members of the team Then, 'radio silence' for the next three weeks with no follow-up from them. Then, on the 21st day, I receive a canned email stating they are not selecting me. What kind of organization has a potential employee spend three days-in-a-row on interviews and then does not send the candidate an email from one of the recruiters? This is likely an indication of the culture at the organization. A culture I never want to be a part of.
