There was a phone interview and an in person interview. They essentially make you go through your work experiences and your educational background. Then they ask you a few questions.

Seemed like they were rushed to find people and didn’t really take into account your schedule. They wanted me to come into the building for a tour within a week, despite not getting a interview for a few months.
