EMSL Analytical Lab Analyst interview questions

done phone interview then scheduled for a interview with the manager. after phone screening , HR would send you a document to fill in and either scan or fax to them. it takes a while for them to reply the email, and the document was essentially rewrite your resume with addition to adding 3 personnel/work/academic references. HR was hesitated to arrange me an interview when I said I won't be available for another month or so, and she finally arranged an interview once I said I may start working earlier.... manager was very easy going, there was nothing unexpected during the interview.

Was interviewed by the regional manager and my direct supervisor. Both were dressed very unprofessionally for an interview; the regional manager was wearing shorts and a t-shirt and my direct supervisor wearing jeans with holes. Easy interview questions. Lasted about 40 minutes total. They seemed pretty desperate for people so I got a phone call with a job offer the next day.
