      Executive Secretary Interview

      Aug 17, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Houston, TX
      Accepted offer
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EOG (Houston, TX) in Jul 2008

      Interview

My initial communication was by phone and answered some interview questions. I didn't hear anything back for several weeks, but I kept calling to inquire about the position. Then I finally received a call for an interview which took about a month. Interview process went smoothly - first with someone I would be replacing and then I was interviewed by my boss. He was very easy to talk to and explained the position clearly. It took another 2-3 weeks before I heard back from the HR department offering me the job.

      Question 1

I was asked what my mode of transportation would be to get to work! I said I would probably ride the bus which they questioned because ther would be some nights I would have to work late. I let them know it would not be a problem as my bus runs pretty late or I could always get my husband to pick me up if need be.
