I was scheduled to interview twice. The interviewer did not call the first time, I rescheduled again two weeks later and the person called an hour late and left a message asking me to call them back or leave a text to find another time. She never got back to me even though I'm readily available via text/call/email. Waste of time and red flag to not even be able to get interviewed despite their initial interest in speaking with me. Very unprofessional.
