My interview process was efficient and clear! A couple days after I applied, I was contacted for a first interview, which was done over video. They described the company and the role in detail, and asked me some questions to learn more about my professional background. The questions were standard for a recruiting role and made sense for the position. There was plenty of time for me to ask my own questions as well. After the conversation, I was promptly contacted to schedule a second interview.
The second interview was also well-conducted. First I was told about the main competencies the team is looking for regarding the role, and the questions were based off of those. Again, I was given ample time to ask my own questions. The interviewer was transparent about the current state of recruiting at EOS, the projects that are being worked on, and how this role will make an impact.
Right after the second interview, the recruiter followed up with me to ask how it went, and later that afternoon we connected over the phone, where she communicated they wanted to move forward. I received an official verbal offer a day or so later, and the written offer a day after that. Overall, it was a smooth process that evaluated my experience fairly!
