Technical Skills Assessment: Expect questions related to your technical skills. EPAM may test your proficiency in programming languages, data structures, algorithms, and web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Problem Solving and Algorithms: Be prepared for algorithmic problem-solving questions. Practice coding exercises on platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, or CodeSignal. Familiarize yourself with common algorithms and data structures. System Design: Brush up on your system design concepts, especially if the role involves handling complex architecture. Be ready to discuss how you would design and implement various components of a web application. Behavioral and Cultural Fit: Expect behavioral questions to assess your soft skills, teamwork, communication, and cultural fit within the company. Be ready to provide examples of how you've worked in teams, handled challenges, and communicated effectively. Projects and Portfolio: Be prepared to discuss your previous projects and experiences. Highlight any relevant full-stack development projects you've worked on, showcasing your ability to handle both front-end and back-end aspects. Version Control and DevOps: Have a good understanding of version control systems like Git and basic DevOps practices. Knowledge of deployment processes, continuous integration, and continuous deployment can be beneficial. Databases: Review database concepts, including SQL queries and database design principles. Full-stack developers often need to work with databases, so demonstrating your understanding in this area is important. Agile and Scrum: Understand the basics of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Be ready to discuss how you've worked in an Agile environment and contributed to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Coding Exercises and Whiteboarding: You might be asked to complete coding exercises or solve problems on a whiteboard (or using an online platform). Practice these skills to become comfortable explaining your thought process while solving problems. Research the Company: Familiarize yourself with EPAM's projects, clients, technologies, and company culture. This will help you tailor your responses during the interview to align with their values and goals.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EPAM Systems in Apr 2026

      Interview

Tuve 2 entrevistas.
