After an initial screening there are multiple interviews across representatives of the partnership, use of case studies, and an in-depth inquiry into your experience set. The issue was that they were pretty rude, didn't have their act together (it appeared that they did not even talk to each other about what I had said before), were absolutely terrible with follow-up and scheduling. The interview was not intelligently designed and it appeared that they made the decision to hire me arbitrarily. I don't know how they could project management for a client if they cannot even manage an interview process.
