After application, I had a phone screening interview with a senior management person. It was very casual, she basically asked me about my education and experience - no tough interview questions. She asked me to come in for an in person interview. At the interview, we went out for lunch and talked about all the sectors of ERM, and how the company works. Again, no though interview questions. I was asked to come in for another in person interview, in which I was interviewed by another senior management person. The interview was very casual once again, and focused on my education, experience, likes and dislikes. After the interview, I did not hear from ERM for several weeks. I called them, only to be told that they were waiting on some large contracts to come in before they hired me. After a couple more weeks, I called again, and they offered me a position to start 3 weeks later.
