Applied online. Had phone interview (briefly) with recruiter. Went through two interviews in person, each time with breakout sessions a couple of people at a time. Questions were varied but not intimidating. No "gotcha" questions. Had to provide a writing sample (a review of a technical document provided by one of the staff).
