First screening call came from the recruitment division's lead, followed by a face-to-face interview for an hour. The next call came from the department's global head in London. Following that was a video conference with the HR Head in Australia, HR Manager in Malaysia (as there was no HR personnel in Singapore office) as well as the Managing Partner who sits in Singapore. As for Consultants, a face-to-face interview is done after initial screening from the recruiter. The candidate is interviewed by the line manager and possibly another senior consultant within the same team. A second round follows suit, with a phone/face-to-face or VC interview with the Managing Partner or Business Unit Head.
