Very comprehensive interview process. I had a total of three interviews before being hired. The recruiter was VERY helpful, and the Senior Partner who interviewed me really took the time to see if I would be a good fit for the company.

I was asked to specifically describe how I would add value to the company in short order. Not an unreasonable thing to ask, but slightly intimidating.
Virtual interview with two seniors. Relaxed and friendly. Took forty five minutes. I answered all questions well and passed the interview, Got offer but it was lower than my then current salary, and they wouldn't budge.
