Initial screening call with recruiter- they asked good questions and were well versed in the industry. Second interview with a range of experience levels. Was enjoyable and not technical. Talked about the role, the type of work erm does, and social events at the company.

I applied online. They contacted me after a few weeks to ask me to fill out a pre-interview questionnaire. It has been a few weeks since I returned the questionnaire and I have not been contacted.

This company is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I was contacted by someone from the Houston, TX office about a position I applied for in the Rolling Meadows, IL office. This person said that my qualifications matched what the company was looking for, and instructed me to fill out a pre-interview questionnare. This questionnare was to be returned to said person and I would be contacted about the next steps in the interview process. I should also note that this questionnare also was meant to evaluate writing skills based on the depth and content of my answers. It took me 2-3 hours to fill out this questionnare that contained 16 questions that I had to answer in depth. So off I sent it, and it has been more than a month since I have heard from them. I have sent multiple follow up e-mails and even tried calling, but no answer. This company is extremely extremely unprofessional. After being contacted to fill out a pre-interview questionnare (16 questions long), in preparation for an interview, I think they AT LEAST owe me a quick email saying the position has been filled, or at least some details as to why I haven't heard back in over a month after two follow up emails. I would never work for a company so extremely unprofessional.
