The HR was very friendly and asked me about my skills, experience, expected salary, notice period, etc.. On skill level, I think I've perfectly matched their requirements. However, I think they want someone who can work immediately and in a different city or country (which I said no directly). The decline letter came very quickly and I appreciated it. In addition, the job I applied for is in HK, but the HR call was from Singapore. She said HQ is in Singapore and they are in charge of the first-round interview for APAC. I hope everyone notices it and does not miss this opportunity.

Application, met with recruiter, first round interview, practice/sample exercise, final 4 person/2 hour interview that went (in my mind) exceedingly well. For a role I was, if anything, over-qualified for with a masters. My recruiter nor any of my 5 interviewers responded to my thank you/follow ups, after wasting my time for weeks.
