The interview process was seemingly painless. There are boxes that candidates are expected to check in their resumé, which makes the interview process more informative than analytical. I was allowed to be inquisitive and meet the actual persons I'd end up working with. Most hirings at ERM occur to fill a well-defined role, which makes the interview more of an introduction than anything.
