I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ERM
Interview
ERM ran an organized interview process. I met with a number of partners across the business and everyone was engaging and willing to answer questions about the business. Ultimately, the role wasn’t the right fit but I can tell ERM is a great place to work.
It was a very long winded interview process, with multiple steps involving discussions with Human Resources and technical staff at different levels and in different regions. The questions were all very standard. I wish I did more due diligence on them before accepting a job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at ERM (Houston, TX) in Jun 2015
Interview
It took forever... I started to lose interest at the 30 day mark. Very unprofessional process. The company I joined was more appropriate for the position being interviewed for.
