I was contacted by a recruiter based in India regarding a 15-minute phone screen. While the initial conversation was brief, I couldn't help but notice the recruiter's rush to conclude the call and move on to the next interview. She assured me that she would provide an update on the outcome/ next steps -if applicable, after consulting with the hiring manager. However, it has been three weeks, and I haven't received any updates. I sent a follow-up email, but regrettably, it went unanswered. As a candidate, I believe it's only reasonable to expect recruiters to be more considerate of people's time and deliver on their promises. Timely feedback and communication play a crucial role in the overall candidate experience, reflecting the company's professionalism and commitment to their potential employees.

Interview with human resources personnel followed by discussions with hiring manager. Process was well coordinated, informative, and responsive. Human resources personnel communicated in a timely fashion. The interview process was well done.
