Very nice and very smooth. Three rounds interviews, with HR, project manager and the partner, but not difficult at all. It provides Singapore, HK SAR and Beijing as working place.

Fair questions, about past experiences and why working at ERM would be relevant for my career. Also questioned about my willingness to reavel and if I have had experiences with audits before
Basic interview process similar to other consultant jobs. Overall took 2-3 weeks and their responses were quick. They seem most interested in competencies and not so much on technical experience.
