I submitted my application online, but the entire online application system was consistently plagued with server outages, loading errors, and disconnections, creating an unprofessional and highly frustrating experience.
I promptly received an unsuccessful application notice right after submission. This outcome was entirely unexpected given the close relevance of my background and project experiences to the position. It's difficult to dismiss the suspicion that the screening process was marred by a keyword filter, particularly evident in the biased questions about international identity, such as visa and permit inquiries. If the company is not genuinely committed to embracing diversity, it should refrain from issuing hollow statements of equality.
