The process consisted of three interviews and two assessments. The salary expectations were not discussed until the end. The beginning of the process was relatively quick, lasting a couple of weeks. Then three weeks passed between the last interview and the rejection. They didn't bother to tell me, I had to call them twice before they gave me a reply.
