Interview
The entire process before securing the offer took about a month, while the interview itself took 2 rounds. The first round was an online interview with the regional HR covering East Asia, focusing heavily on my resume, motivations, and behavioral questions. The second round was A formal face-to-face interview at the Taipei office with a Managing Partner and the Team Head. This was heavily conversational and conducted in a mix of English and Mandarin, and focused on my past project management experiences and industry knowledge.

Very well rounded. Easily explained expectations for job role. Was interviewed by a group rather than one on one. Very warm and welcoming during the entire process. Really seemed like it was a personal interview rather than checking my the boxes.
