I had one phone interview where I was asked canned questions that didn't allow me to demonstrate my full range of skills. When I tried to speak on my skills I was redirected to very few limited skill questions that did not at all reflect the job posting. It felt more like an interrogation than an interview. I was left bewildered and frustrated at the waste of my time.
