      Account Services Executive Interview

      Oct 14, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ESPN (New York, NY) in Jun 2015

      Interview

Relatively normal interview process. Met with both account executives and sales management on the team in which I would be supporting. Had to be able to describe the immediate value you'll be able to add to the team, what previous client service experience you had, your understanding of ESPN's value proposition in the multimedia landscape etc.

      Question 1

Tell me about a time that you had to work with a difficult client and what you did to resolve the issue.
