      The interview was conducted over the phone, I was basically asked what my strengths and experiences were. Very friendly tone was used. They asked when I would be available, and if I had transportation, and if I would be able to meet the hours they asked.

      ound 1: HR Screening & Behavioral (30 minutes, Phone) "Standard screening focused on availability, fit, and basic motivation for a career in finance." Questions Asked: Why investment banking/corporate finance? Walk me through your resume and highlight any relevant modeling experience. Describe a high-pressure situation you successfully navigated. Assessment: Assessed communication skills, commitment, and initial culture fit.

      Master the "Big Three" Statements: Be able to confidently explain the links between the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. Know Valuation Basics: Review DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) and comparable analysis methods. Review Technical Definitions: Be prepared for questions on WACC, CAPM, Beta, and enterprise value vs. equity value. Current Events: Read The Wall Street Journal or Financial Times daily and be ready to discuss a recent market trend or deal.
