15 minutes phone interview. Another 15 minutes phone interview. Then 2 hours onsite interview. You will be interviewed by at least 3 people. But not concurrently. You will be asked when you are ready to start, and why are you interested in etq. If your past income is too high you might not get hired. If you do not have a valid visa or a US citizenship you will not get hired. Your communications skills are the most important. The interview process is easy and very friendly.
