I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ETQ in Jan 2013

Interview

Had 2 phone interviews that were filled with very basic software development questions that anyone with a Bachelors in CS would know. First was a half hour and the second was an hour. Finally had an interview in person which was more in depth about who you are as a person as well as your software development background. Not difficult at all.

They are interested in your knowledge of the SDLC so I would follow up on that prior to this interview as well as knowledge of SQL and JSP.
