The interview was very casual. It was more a conversation because they wanted to get a feel for my personality and beliefs. The managers who interviewed me were super nice and not intimidating at all. They really just want to make sure that you are a good fit for the personality of the store.

Interview
Meet with store manager and talk through your styling approach, what trends you’re loving, list of favorite brands, and you enjoy about the evereve shopping experience. Spoke about where a love of fashion comes from, and what type of fashion you’re inspired by. Talked about styling floor examples and how I would approach the situation
They ask several questions. They’re supposed to note your answers on the form and also they give you an activity where they give you a character and you style that individual

They asked if you’ve ever worked in a team in the size of the stores you’ve worked for in the past
Phone interview with genetic interview questions. Nothing too hard that the assistant manager asked me. They’ll ask what brought you to apply for the position, you career, and other stuff related to that.
