I applied online and was contacted by phone to speak with a recruiter. Following that, I was invited for a second in-person interview. Since the store is located in the mall, I conducted the interview with the storage manager in the lounging area outside the store. The interview was brief, and afterward, I was asked to go back into the store where the Store Manager presented me with a customer profile that included the customer's job, family life, interests, and more. I was instructed to create about three looks in approximately 5 to 10 minutes, after which I explained my selections.
