Simple phone screen, recruiter was professional, series of several day interviews. Informal, casual. Met with hiring manager in person one-on-one, discussed role and where it was going, and why my skills could fit well with Intouch.

A typical phone screen followed by another interview with an account director and account manager. A fairly awkward interview as they didn't seem to be on the same page with questions or anything. Was completely ghosted even after following up twice which is really unprofessional.
