Initial contact was via phone, a few weeks after I had originally applied for the job (I had almost forgotten!). I first had a very brief phone interview, then a first and second round of interviews. My first interview was with two social media marketing strategists, and my second interview was with the social media marketing team. The first interview went particularly well, as the strategists were very friendly, encouraging, and open. The second interview with the team was also fun, though when I got there I was not directed to the location of the interview. There was no secretary to assist me, and though I rang the bell to get someone's attention multiple times, no one assisted me (there were many people in the office). I ended up getting to the actual interview with the team several minutes late (in a panic) because of the lack of assistance. After this interview, I was asked to wait to talk to the social media manager. I waited for quite a while, and by the end of waiting I was again rather flustered.
