Using the online HR process did not help, it's all about who you know at Intouch. I worked into interviews through introductions. Met with people on three separate occasions. The last of which was on premises. Interview topics were mixed based on who was in the meeting. Higher ups were concerned with innovation and new ideas. Lower level people seemed to have a different understanding of the position.
