There were 3 separate interviews for this position - the first is with the Senior Director of the PMO. This interview is to feel out your people skills and is meant to challenge you and push you a bit outside of your comfort zone. The second interview can vary who you interview with - likely it will be at least one of the PMO Directors and then a team lead. This interview's purpose is to discuss your skills, experience, etc. The final interview is with the VP and is more a formality and culture fit interview. However, I was asked several of the same questions in each interview, which made it feel like the interviewees weren't communicating well with each other. They will ask a lot of hypothetical situation questions to see how you either have dealt with certain scenarios or how you WOULD deal with them. Some topics included risk mitigation, conflict resolution and critical path.
