I applied online and also had a current Intouch employee forward my resume to the HR team. I first had a phone interview with HR, then an on-site interview with multiple members from the hiring team.The hiring manager was present for the entire on-site interview, while other AMs/SAMs joined for short periods of time to also ask some questions. I had a single HR point-of-contact for the entire process, which was great!

Interview
I came into the office after multiple rescheduling with their H.R. department. I sat with two people for the interview. It took 45 min each, the people that I interviewed with were really nice and it a pretty informal interview process.
Fast interview process - was organized and met with multiple parties. All team members appeared to have reviewed the questions they were going to ask, they had taken the time to review my resume and ask questions pertaining to my work experience. Overall very good experience.
