I did 4 rounds of interviews and feeling pretty good about the result but got rejected last minute saying that my education background is not what they wanted. This is a pretty ridiculous reason to reject people at the final stage.

I got through to the HR interview. HR just kept probing management skills and was deadpan. I didn't feel optimistic about the job after the interview. Didn't get through to the next stage.
