I completed the Online Assessment, which was very easy and straightforward. It contained just one interview question asking why I chose EY and the specific service line. Afterward, I received a phone call which I missed twice in consecutive weeks as they called at 9am. They eventually emailed me, and I scheduled a phone interview where they asked several behavioral questions. Finally, I was invited to an Assessment Center that consisted of a group project followed by two-on-one interviews lasting about an hour.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2024
Interview
Really chill, just asked about skills, hobbies and behaviour questions. Seemed like they just wanted to know you are a easy person to get along with in a team setting.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Boston, MA) in Oct 2013
Interview
Two 30 minute on campus interviews. I was told I would be notified by the following day, but was actually never notified. Both interviewers seemed disinterested in the whole process and they were more interested in going back to the office to finish their work for the day. I didn't leave the interview with a great feeling about the firm, and the lack of communication thereafter further made me disinterested in working for EY.
