I had a three part interview , for IAM Engineer in Identity, it is mostly based on your work experience and the workloads you do,the challenges you faced and also scenario-based questions , if you revise and have a working experience I think you can be pretty positive response on calls

the recruiter scheduled intro call, took all the details and never came back with the feedback. This happened with me 4 times for multiple roles I applied for with EY.
Round 1 - EY internal, Round 2 and Round 3 client rounds. Nothing different, easy for someone who knows the basics. Should have good communication skills and passion. Know how to articulate well.
