A case study is given and you have to answer a few questions based on the case study. This revolves around a hypothetical R&D process of a company involving the reason for the development and the challenges they faced.

Interview
There were 3 stages.
First stage was a Teams interview where I spoke about my background, spoke specifically about technical projects I'd worked on as well as some questions on AI and LLMs.
Second stage was a written exercise where I had to discuss a technical project I'd worked on and outline the technical challenges as well as how these challenges were solved.
Final stage was, essentially, a junior devops interview where I had to research container-based deployments - there were a lot of follow-up questions beyond the stuff they told me to research.
