Interview
It was a campus recruitement. we had aptitude as for 1st round follwed by technical and HR round as final. they shortlisted 100 from 250 in aptitude and 30 from technical.
The interview process was lengthy but it was intellectually stimulating and involved very active participation, which made it enjoyable for me. It also involved a fair amount of collaboration with other candidates, which some may appreciate while others may not.
Through the university, submitted resume, on campus interviews scheduled and went out to dinner and social events, offer came shortly after via phone call, fairly easy and straight forward process
