Terrible interview structure. Extremely short and unfriendly introduction from the two interviewers (HR; Tax Sr Manager). Their questions were only diving deep into my motivation for the role/company, which is fair, but no questions around my hard/technical skills or my knowledge about the reward strategies. I was told they would call me for some feedback after the first interview, which never happened.

Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aber ich musste wochenlang, teilweise monatelang auf eine Antwort warten bezüglich der nächsten Runde. Der Termin für die finale Runde wurde 3 mal verschoben und im letzten Gespräch wurde mir eine mündliche Zusage gemacht, allerdings 2 Wochen später telefonisch eine Absage bekommen.
