Got approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn and sent my resume. Had two rounds of interview: 1) initial interview with two managers, 2) final interview with a senior manager/partner. The first interview was a mix of explaining previous experience and leadership, as well as discussing technical aspects of IT audit and security concepts.
