One superday it was super chill, just behavioral seemed like they wanted to get a culture fit and someone who can work in a team if u get the interview just get like 4 different team work stories down

How do you change your leadership style/ way you talk to people for different people
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to
Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
