I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Singapore) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied to the transaction advisory department and there was a panel of 3 interviewers each from their own respective areas of advisory on the day of the interview.
It began with a little bit of their sharing about what they do in their specific areas of advisory and then they followed up with a lot of questions about scenario and knowledge testing regarding the field I was applying for. The questions they asked were not difficult but it really tests your train of thoughts and perspectives that you currently have. After this stage, they went on to ask more behavioural/personal type of questions to find out more about you.
The whole interview took about 1 hour 15 mins.
