I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Apr 2016
Interview
I did the application online and after 2 days they called me. Firstly there was an assessment centre with a brief presentation of ourselves where another candidate asked us a question in English and we had to answer in English too, group exercise where we had to build a town with legos, some personality + ethical written tests and finally a personal interview of 10 minutes with an HR.
The second phase were the speed interviews. We had an interview of 10 minutes with a manager from each different area, assurance, advisory, TAS and TAX. Here they asked pretty simple questions: what do you know about area X? Why do you want to work in that specific area? Why EY? Expectations?
The third phase (and last one) was an interview with the senior manager of Assurance. This one was pretty hard. He asked me several questions about working behavior. For instance: what would you do if you discovered a failure in a document? What would you do if your senior was upset and started yelling at you saying your work was wrong? What do you want apart from Auditing? Why EY? Why Auditing?
