The process started by a group dynamic, some tests and a behavioral interview (everything on the same day). I did an english test (the ones who had a certificate didn't have to do it), "ethical" test and personality test. The behavioral interview took around 20 minutes and it was quite doable (strenghts, weaknesses).

It was virtual. Webcam was on. Had different type of assessments. Cognitive was a bit strange to me. Hadn’t really experienced cognitive reasoning before. Some scenarios that were asked I hadn’t been in such scenarios before.
