I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EY (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jun 2026
Interview
The process was straightforward. The first round focused heavily on the practical work I am currently doing at my organization. They asked deep-dive questions about my day-to-day responsibilities and project delivery. The role is directly related to Conversational AI, so the majority of the questions were domain-specific. They asked extensive questions about the architecture, challenges, and outcomes of the AI voice/chat bots I currently manage. They really wanted to understand my hands-on experience rather than just theoretical knowledge.
