It was a positive and detailed discussion overall. A significant portion of the interview focused on my current role, where I was asked to explain my key responsibilities, individual contributions, and the impact I have made within the organization. The interviewers were particularly interested in understanding how I take ownership of projects—from requirement gathering and stakeholder management to execution, coordination, and successful delivery. I was asked to walk them through the projects I have led, the challenges I encountered, the decisions I made, and how I collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes. The discussion also covered my role in ensuring timely execution, resolving roadblocks, managing client expectations, and delivering business value, making it a comprehensive assessment of my project ownership and leadership capabilities.
