Secured the interview through Networking and getting into EY Headstart. Got a call 2 weeks before for the actual interview, got interviewed by 2 managers (1 from TAG, 1 from FSO). Heard back the same day about the offer.

Tell me about a time you took over multiple responsibilities
2 interviews. 1 with HR by phone. 1 with 2 directors and a senior manager over zoom call. Less than 30 minutes each. Overall relaxing. We discussed about my experience at the previous firms and all the basics.

Easy, they are just asking behavourial questions. For a starting career in Halifax, the pay was low for a master degree. But they are willing to negotiate depending of your skills and your experience
